By placing an order with Pennsylvania BackRoads, you agree to the following terms:

Orders

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

• Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Shipping

• All items ship via USPS.

• I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Big Cartel’s payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

• I do not store or have access to your full payment information.

Privacy

• Your information is only used to process and ship your order.

• Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.

Use of Products

• Merchandise is for personal use only and may not be resold without permission.
